Job Summary
Providing exceptional administrative and claims support, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Claims Representative will communicate with claimants and clients, set reserves, and ensure timely claim disposition while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity
- Provide fair and timely claim disposition in accordance with company standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year related experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of claims investigation and settlement procedures
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
