Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the part-time Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide patient education while working remotely from Oklahoma.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members
- Review medications to identify gaps in care, adherence concerns, and therapeutic opportunities
- Document patient care interventions and maintain HIPAA compliance while meeting productivity expectations
Required qualifications
- Must reside in Oklahoma
- Active and unrestricted Oklahoma Pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services
- 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
