Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a 24/7 crisis contact center, the remote Oklahoma Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee a team of crisis specialists, providing clinical supervision, coaching, and policy development while ensuring the implementation of trauma-informed practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical oversight and administrative supervision in the contact center
• Assist in the development and review of crisis services and clinical policies
• Provide training and coaching to new team leads and crisis agents

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in behavioral health or related field
• Current Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Professional
• At least two years of post-license experience in crisis intervention
• 2-5 years of related behavioral health industry experience
• 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred
