Job Summary
To support Population Health and Clinical Operations, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Clinician Specialist will provide clinical and operational guidance related to utilization management, develop clinical guidelines, and ensure regulatory compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review clinical guidelines and criteria to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor and organize departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies to facilitate compliance and operational efficiency
- Measure and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Required qualifications
- Active RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or MHC License required
- Master's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of related experience
- Experience with MCG clinical guidelines required
- Prior experience with MCG CareWeb QI guideline modification module preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
