Job Summary

To support clinical initiatives in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Front Line Care Clinician will manage clinical support activities, including customer support and clinical troubleshooting, while collaborating with health systems to improve outcomes related to hospital-acquired conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products, focusing on key quality metrics
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers and support retention activities in assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain clinical solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs

Required qualifications

• Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification as per state requirements
• Experience in clinical practice related to hospital-acquired conditions
• Ability to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong background in clinical troubleshooting and education
• Experience in conducting clinical assessments and implementing solutions in healthcare settings
