Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals to join as Oklahoma Licensed Medicare Agents in a fully remote, commission-based role where they will receive training and support to help seniors navigate Medicare and build their own business.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete training through Connie Academy to understand Medicare fundamentals and sales techniques
• Utilize provided leads to sell Medicare and Life insurance, with ongoing coaching and support
• Manage client relationships and focus on achieving sales milestones for bonuses and commissions

Required qualifications:

• Active health insurance license (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience required, but must be new to the field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
• Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
