Job Summary
To support a growing remote practice, the full-time Oklahoma Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess patients' mental and physical health, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans, and provide individual psychotherapy while managing medication prescriptions.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose psychiatric disorders and conduct individual psychotherapy for patients across the lifespan
- Collaborate with team members to implement and evaluate treatment plans, and monitor patients' medication usage and side effects
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record while adhering to HIPAA and state regulations
Required qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Currently holds a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP)
- Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
- Comfortable working with patients aged 13 years and older
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
