Job Summary
Providing outstanding administrative, claim, and customer support, the fully remote Oklahoma Licensed Workers Compensation Claims Representative will effectively communicate with claimants and clients, manage claim reserves and payments, and ensure timely claim disposition.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients to build relationships and connections
- Accurately set reserves, make payments, and document file activity by collaborating with various stakeholders
- Utilize analytical skills to make decisions and resolve issues related to claims handling
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year related experience required
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of claims investigation, settlement procedures, and applicable state laws
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
