Oklahoma RN Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Oklahoma RN Case Manager, the full-time position requires an active Oklahoma RN license and involves conducting comprehensive assessments, facilitating care plans, and advocating for members' health needs while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and eligibility for services
• Utilize clinical tools to evaluate members' benefit plans and coordinate case resolutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines in case management processes

Required qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Oklahoma RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or alternative care setting
• At least 1 year of experience managing behavioral health conditions
• Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Experience in the healthcare or managed care industry preferred
