Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, provisioning, and integration processes while ensuring compliance with access governance and audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across critical systems
- Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for employees and contractors, including role changes
- Assist with Okta application integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on access improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
- Working knowledge of Okta functionalities, including SSO, MFA, and access lifecycle processes
- Exposure to integration protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with other IAM/security certifications
