Okta Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of applications in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Okta Administrator will manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Okta users, groups, application assignments, and access changes across business-critical systems
• Support access provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes for employees and contractors
• Assist with Okta application integrations and partner with teams on improvements for SSO and provisioning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• At least 2+ years of experience in Okta, IAM, or IT systems administration
• Working knowledge of Okta users, groups, app assignments, and access lifecycle processes
• Exposure to SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and workflow automation
• Okta Certified Professional or Administrator preferred, along with other IAM/security certifications
