Okta Administrator
Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic application landscape, the full-time remote Okta Administrator will manage user access, troubleshoot issues, and enhance documentation while ensuring compliance with access governance and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Okta users, groups, and application assignments across critical systems
- Support access provisioning and deprovisioning for various user types, including employees and contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SSO, SCIM, and lifecycle management processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in Okta administration or related IT systems roles
- Working knowledge of Okta functionalities, including MFA, SSO, and access lifecycle processes
- Familiarity with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and workflow automation
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification preferred
