Omni and Execution Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Omni, Shopper, and E-Commerce strategy for the Accelerator business, the full-time Omni and Execution Excellence Manager will translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive business performance while collaborating in a hybrid work environment based in Mississauga.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of customer-specific Omni Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and identify growth opportunities across physical and digital commerce
• Oversee retail execution measurement and scorecard development, analyzing performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop executive-level reports and dashboards, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for business insights and strategy

Required qualifications

• Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Omnichannel, eCommerce, Category Management, or related commercial functions
• Strong understanding of Canadian retail customers and omnichannel commerce fundamentals
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel, and familiarity with digital commerce analytics
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
