Omnichannel Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex omnichannel technology initiatives, the contract Omnichannel Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage integrated project plans while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of omnichannel technology projects from discovery through post-launch stabilization
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, and decision logs
• Coordinate efforts across data management, web platforms, customer engagement platforms, and analytics teams

Required qualifications:

• Background in business, technology, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple systems, teams, and stakeholders
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and marketing automation
• Proficiency in managing requirements, architecture, design dependencies, and operational handoffs
• Strong skills in JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies
