On-call Strategy Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

Leading client engagements, the part-time On-call Expert Strategy Solutions Consultant will deliver consulting products to ag retailer member owners, provide expert recommendations, and guide project materials creation in a virtual setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements focused on asset investments, mergers and acquisitions, and business optimization projects
• Deliver presentations to management teams and other stakeholders
• Provide strategic coaching and expert knowledge context for consulting recommendations to senior leadership teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business with a major in accounting, finance, management, entrepreneurship, supply chain, or marketing
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience at an ag-cooperative
• 15+ years of experience in grain, feed, and agronomy, including managing multi-location operations and P&L responsibility
• Demonstrated project ownership and leadership skills
• Excellent client management and collaboration skills with senior leadership within client organizations
