Onboarding and Compliance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the recruiting team remotely, the contract Onboarding and Compliance Analyst will manage background screenings, I-9 documentation, and data preparation for reporting purposes until the end of 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Review and adjudicate background screening results in accordance with established policies
- Audit staffing agencies' background check processes and address identified gaps
- Collect and organize data for annual and ad hoc reporting related to compliance projects
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HR onboarding or a similar field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of onboarding requirements, including DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations
- Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred
