Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Onboarding Consultant will manage customer relationships during the onboarding phase, ensuring successful implementation of the Toast product while achieving monthly activation goals.
Key responsibilities
- Leverage product knowledge to assist restaurant owners in the onboarding process prior to Go-Live
- Create best practices for restaurant operations and consult with clients on configuration needs
- Document deviations from best practices and manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
- Proven ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Strong organizational and influencing skills
