Job Summary

Managing multiple onboarding engagements, the full-time remote Onboarding Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant owners during the onboarding phase, ensuring successful implementation of Toast's products while achieving monthly activation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage product knowledge and project management skills to guide clients through the onboarding process
• Create best practices for daily restaurant operations and assist clients in utilizing Toast effectively
• Consult with clients to identify configuration needs and document any deviations from best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong organizational and influencing skills
