Onboarding Engineer
Job Summary
Leading customer deployments of cloud-native network access control solutions, the full-time Onboarding Engineer will manage technical implementations, guide deployments, and train administrators while working remotely from Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer environments, confirm scope, and build implementation plans with milestones and acceptance criteria
- Lead technical working sessions, addressing blockers and managing customer expectations throughout the deployment process
- Guide the implementation of wired and wireless deployments, including troubleshooting and planning production rollouts
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity
- Experience with technical implementations or resolving complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to independently learn and adapt to new technologies, including 802.1X
- Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Experience with identity platforms and endpoint management tools such as Active Directory or Okta is a plus
