Onboarding Engineer
Job Summary
Leading customer deployments of cloud-native network access control solutions, the full-time Onboarding Engineer will manage technical implementations, guide customer training, and ensure successful transitions to ongoing support in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the customer's environment, confirm scope and prerequisites, and build a deployment plan with milestones and acceptance criteria
- Lead technical working sessions, address blockers, and communicate recommendations to customers effectively
- Guide the implementation of wired and wireless deployments, including troubleshooting and production rollout planning
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity
- Experience in owning technical implementations or resolving complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to independently learn and take responsibility for mastering new technologies, including 802.1X
- Proven judgment in troubleshooting, including testing assumptions and following evidence
- Experience with identity platforms and endpoint management tools such as Active Directory, Intune, or Okta is a plus
