Job Summary
To support a growing digital marketplace, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the integration and onboarding of base-tier marketplace brands, ensuring a seamless seller experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide marketplace brands through seller integration and onboarding, supporting setup, launch, and assortment optimization
- Facilitate training sessions for new brands on operational requirements for a successful marketplace business
- Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, monitoring seller KPIs and ensuring compliance with operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- 4+ years of professional experience in a large matrixed organization
- 1+ year of experience working with brands or external clients preferred
- Comfortable with constant change and able to iterate processes regularly
