Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery while collaborating with the team to set up properties in the billing platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently set up properties in the billing platform
• Train and present to groups, explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
