Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will guide the implementation of services such as Resident Billing and Utility Expense Management while collaborating with the team to efficiently set up properties in the billing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services
• Collaborate with team members to set up properties in the billing platform and troubleshoot any issues
• Train and present complex technical concepts to clients and team members effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with a preference for supervisory experience
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement and emerging technologies
