Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing and Utility Expense Management while collaborating with the team to set up properties in the billing platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services
• Collaborate with team members to set up properties in the billing platform effectively
• Train and present to groups on complex technical concepts related to utility billing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong technical and business acumen
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
• Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement and emerging technologies
