Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing and Utility Expense Management while collaborating with the team to set up properties in the billing platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support the implementation of client services related to billing and utility management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate setup of properties in the billing platform
• Supervise and mentor team members to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong technical and business acumen related to implementation processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement and emerging technologies
