Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing and Utility Expense Management while collaborating with team members to set up properties in the billing platform efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of services
• Collaborate with team members to set up properties in the billing platform and manage related processes
• Train and support clients on the use of the billing system and address any implementation-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with a preference for utility billing experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
