Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing and Utility Expense Management while collaborating with the team to set up properties in the billing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure timely and accurate implementation of services
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently set up properties in the billing platform
• Train and present to clients and colleagues on complex technical concepts related to billing processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
