Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for clients, the remote Onboarding Specialist will manage the implementation of services such as Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery while collaborating with the team to set up properties efficiently in the billing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding process and guide clients through the implementation of various billing services
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of property setups in the billing platform
• Train and present complex technical concepts to clients and team members effectively

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role, with 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with strong technical and business acumen related to implementation processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a strong technical aptitude
• Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement and emerging technologies
