Job Summary
To support the growth of ExactCare's patient base, the full-time Onboarding Specialist will conduct phone-based medication assessments, register patients for services, and build relationships through exceptional customer service in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health and medication reviews, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
- Achieve key performance metrics and manage the patient assessment process to enhance business growth
- Educate patients and facilities about ExactCare's services and maintain accurate records for the team
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
