Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To grow ExactCare's patient base, the full-time remote Onboarding Specialist will conduct phone-based medication assessments, register patients for services, and build relationships through exceptional customer service and education on medication management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, collecting key health information and ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
• Achieve key performance metrics while managing the patient assessment process and maintaining referral relationships
• Educate patients and facilities about ExactCare services and participate in team meetings and training sessions

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of pharmacy customer service experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
