Oncology Account Executive

Job Summary

To enhance strategic business relationships within Oncology departments, the full-time Clinical Account Executive will develop and maintain connections with healthcare professionals, deliver scientific presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals, all while working remotely in the Des Moines, IA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare providers to understand and address customer needs
• Deliver effective presentations on product benefits and risks, ensuring compliance with approved data
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for targeted accounts, monitoring sales progress and facilitating training on product usage

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in developing teams to achieve results
• Business acumen with analytical ability to define account strategies based on diverse data sets
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in oncology or specialty pharmacy
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred
