Oncology Clinical Development Lead

Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the full-time SVP Clinical Development & Global Program Lead for Pancreatic Cancer will provide medical leadership and oversight for pancreatic and colorectal cancer development programs, focusing on clinical development strategy, protocol development, and regulatory interactions, while collaborating across the Erasca portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical development subteam for GI cancer studies, ensuring high-quality scientific and clinical guidance
• Design and implement efficient clinical trials, monitoring study integrity and reviewing safety and efficacy data
• Serve as medical lead on clinical programs, contributing to global regulatory filings and authoring key clinical documents

Required Qualifications

• M.D. degree or equivalent, with subspecialty fellowship training and board certification or eligibility in Oncology or Oncology/Hematology
• 8-10+ years of oncology clinical trial and drug development experience, particularly in colorectal and pancreatic cancers
• Experience leading clinical aspects of regulatory filings and direct interactions with health authorities
• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate in a matrixed team environment
