Job Summary
Leading the Field Medical team, the full-time remote Oncology Field Medical Director will coach and develop team members to deliver high-quality scientific engagement in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area while translating medical strategy into regional execution plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for consistent scientific engagement
- Translate medical strategy into regional priorities and execution standards
- Monitor field activity and healthcare professional insights to inform medical planning
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of multiple myeloma and Field Medical roles within Medical Affairs
- Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing field-based scientific professionals
- Experience translating medical strategy into field execution and performance expectations
