Job Summary
Leading a regional Field Medical team, the full-time remote Oncology Field Medical Director will coach and develop team members to ensure high-quality scientific engagement and translate medical strategies into effective regional execution for the multiple myeloma therapeutic area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for consistent scientific engagement
- Translate medical and therapeutic area strategies into regional priorities and execution plans
- Review and elevate field-identified healthcare professional perspectives to inform medical planning
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of the multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Proven leadership experience in coaching and developing scientific professionals
- Ability to translate medical strategy into field execution and performance expectations
