Oncology Field Medical Director
Job Summary
Leading a team of Field Medical professionals, the full-time remote Oncology Field Medical Director will be responsible for coaching, developing, and executing high-quality scientific engagement within the multiple myeloma therapeutic area while ensuring alignment with medical strategy and evidence needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members to ensure consistent scientific engagement
- Translate medical and therapeutic area strategies into actionable regional priorities and execution plans
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional partners to align regional field activities with broader medical objectives
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience) required
- Strong understanding of multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs roles within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing field-based scientific professionals
- Experience interpreting field-identified insights to inform medical planning and evidence strategy
