Job Summary
Leading a team of Field Medical professionals, the full-time remote Oncology Field Medical Director will coach and develop members to ensure high-quality scientific engagement in the multiple myeloma therapeutic area while translating medical strategy into regional execution plans.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Medical Team members for consistent scientific engagement
- Translate medical and therapeutic area strategy into regional priorities and execution plans
- Review and elevate field-identified healthcare professional perspectives to inform medical planning
Required qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience) required
- Strong understanding of the multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing field-based scientific professionals
- Experience in translating medical strategy into field execution and performance expectations
