Oncology/Hematology Regional Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team in a remote full-time capacity, the Oncology/Hematology Regional Manager will drive regional sales strategies, foster team development, and implement action plans based on market analysis to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and performance analysis
• Translate national sales and brand strategies into actionable regional plans, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into strategic initiatives and achieve regional sales targets

Required qualifications

• Completed degree in a scientific field, pharmaceutical training, or equivalent qualification with relevant knowledge as per the German Medicines Act
• Several years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with leadership experience preferred in oncology or specialized markets
• Proven ability to lead with clarity and empathy, along with experience in coaching and employee development
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and develop regional action plans
• Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel as needed
