Job Summary

Leading global strategies for oncology testing solutions, the full-time remote Oncology Market Access Director will develop market access strategies, secure reimbursement, and drive adoption of genomic technologies across diverse healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead global market access strategies for oncology diagnostic solutions, addressing unmet needs and evidence gaps
• Collaborate with regional teams to secure reimbursement and access in key markets, engaging with payers and health technology assessment processes
• Define and communicate the clinical and economic value of diagnostics through compelling value propositions and evidence generation studies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (GC, MBA, MPH, PhD, or related) strongly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in clinical settings, market access, reimbursement, or health economics, with a strong focus on oncology
• Proven success in developing and executing global market access strategies in diagnostics or biopharma
• Understanding of international reimbursement systems and payer decision-making across major markets
• Experience with next-generation sequencing, liquid biopsy, or companion diagnostics in oncology
