Oncology Medical Director
Job Summary
To lead and grow a therapeutic portfolio, the full-time remote Oncology Medical Director will manage medical oversight of clinical trials, shape strategic vision, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth of a therapeutic area portfolio through medical and clinical development expertise
- Provide medical oversight and management of awarded studies, including protocol review and safety monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to develop innovative, data-driven solutions for clinical development projects
Required qualifications
- Board-certified physician in chosen area of medical specialization
- Medical degree from an accredited school
- At least 3 years of clinical research/clinical development experience
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial design, and regulatory processes
- Previous experience in a CRO or industry role preferred
