Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of Oncology performance initiatives, the full-time salaried Director, Oncology Performance Solutions will manage high-priority projects, engage cross-department leaders, and maintain compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-priority performance initiatives through all phases of design and execution, including post-go-live tracking
• Engage cross-department leaders and stakeholders to design and execute initiatives across clients and markets
• Maintain a performance initiatives pipeline, ensuring effective prioritization and tracking of key criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6-10 years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience
• Strong project management skills with a proven history of managing projects and processes effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills
• Demonstrated history of superior performance across educational and professional settings
