Oncology Project Management Director

Job Summary

To lead high-visibility oncology development programs, the full-time salaried Oncology Project Management Director will manage cross-functional leadership, operational strategy, and integrated execution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Project Lead to create executable integrated program plans and prepare executive presentations for governance
• Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and collaborative problem-solving across all matrix lines
• Direct multiple Project Managers to ensure operational standards and milestone alignment across the program

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in the biopharmaceutical/biotechnology industry with a strong background in cross-functional R&D project management
• Demonstrated success in managing late-stage registrational programs and preparing major Health Authority filings
• Prior experience leading oncology development programs, including targeted therapies or immuno-oncology
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise PM systems such as Planisware and Smartsheet
