Oncology Senior Training Manager

Job Summary

To develop and deliver Oncology training for commercial field representatives, the full-time Senior Training Manager, Oncology will manage training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with promotional policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training programs related to disease, product, and sales effectiveness
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials
• Lead training meetings and manage vendor relationships during content development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
• Clinician experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design concepts is a plus
