Oncology Strategy Director
Job Summary
Leading the global medical strategy for early hematology and oncology assets, the full-time Senior Director, Early Differentiation & Pipeline Strategy (EDAPS) will manage medical accountability, engage with thought leaders, and drive innovative data generation in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the medical strategy for early hematology and oncology assets, including evidence generation and communication plans
- Collaborate with Global Program Teams to develop differentiated Target Product Profiles and contribute to Clinical Development Plans
- Engage with external thought leaders and patient advocacy groups to inform asset decision-making and strategy
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD) required
- 8-10 years of experience in clinical, medical, or pharmaceutical industry roles
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine, or Clinical Development
- Therapeutic expertise in malignant hematology and/or oncology
- Proven ability to manage multiple assets in a complex, matrixed environment
