Oncology Training Manager

Job Summary

To develop and deliver Oncology Training for the oncology nurse educator team, the full-time remote Senior Oncology Training Manager will manage training programs, ensure compliance with promotional policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials
• Lead training meetings, managing logistics and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
• Clinician experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred
• Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen is a plus
