Oncology Training Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the capabilities of the oncology nurse educator team, the full-time Senior Oncology Training Manager will develop and deliver training programs, maintain subject matter expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute training programs and initiatives for the oncology team with minimal guidance
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy of training materials
• Lead training meetings and manage vendor relationships during the development of training content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
• Clinician experience and knowledge of Medical Oncology disease preferred
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and training design concepts is a plus
• Exceptional collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
