Oncology Utilization Review Nurse

Job Summary

To support clinical review processes, the remote Oncology Utilization Review Nurse will manage client interactions, ensure the accuracy of physician reports, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet client standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding report status and ensure reports meet all client and jurisdictional standards
• Collaborate with physicians to clarify report questions and ensure timely delivery of completed reports
• Review physician reports for accuracy and compliance with state and client-specific requirements

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• LPN or RN license required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills
