OneStream Training Lead
Job Summary
To support federal government clients implementing the OneStream Platform, the remote OneStream Training & Enablement Lead will develop and execute training strategies, deliver various training programs, and ensure user adoption of new financial capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide training and enablement strategies for OneStream implementations
- Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs aligned with project milestones
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to drive user adoption
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Education, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise software training and enablement
- 3+ years supporting OneStream implementations
- Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government clients
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Secret clearance
