Job Summary
Seeking qualified candidates, the part-time Online Adjunct Faculty in Career and Professional Development will mentor students and facilitate online learning, supporting the educational missions of affiliated institutions while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in online courses
- Participate in an online asynchronous assessment as part of the hiring process
- Maintain presence in assigned courses five days a week to support student engagement
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Professional experience in business, human resources, recruiting, or career advising
- Current understanding of employment and hiring trends
- Preferred international experience
