Job Summary
A higher education university is searching for a person to fill their position for an Online Remote After-Hours Software Engineering Instructor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading in-class exercises, project time, and participate in lecture discussion
- Participating in regular student reviews and critique, plus working after-hours to assist students
- Working alongside the other instructional staff to best meet the needs and learning styles of students
Qualifications for this position include:
- Self-taught developer, Bootcamp graduate, or equivalent degree
- 6 months + in a technical engineering position
- 6 months + in education position
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
- Able to effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain
