Online Coding Instructor

Job Summary

To support a summer program, part-time Online Coding Instructors will teach coding classes to students aged 8-18 in a remote environment, focusing on delivering engaging curriculum and ensuring student retention and parent satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the curriculum in a fun and engaging way
• Provide feedback for curriculum improvement
• Engage and motivate students to participate in class

Required qualifications

• Experience with coding languages such as Scratch, HTML/CSS, Python, JavaScript, and Java
• Experience teaching kids or adults
• Access to a computer purchased in the last five years, with a microphone headset, high-speed internet, and a working webcam
• A quiet workspace free of distractions
